A Milwaukee Teacher Education Center (MTEC) Charter School
School starts virtually on Monday, August 17th
Based on the current information collected MESA will begin the 2020-2021 school year with a virtual classroom start called MESA Cyber Crew.
The MTEC administration and MPS district leaders will continue working closely with health officials and one another to make informed decisions and update our communities as expeditiously as possible. Please read this statement from MTEC's Executive Director for more information about our plans for the school year. Also, please read this letter of introduction from our principal, Ms. Colvin.

for College and Career Success
Milwaukee Environmental Sciences Academy is a year-round, MPS non-instrumentality charter school owned and operated by Milwaukee Teacher Education Center (MTEC) for K4-8th grade. Our academic program is guided by the Expeditionary Learning (EL) Education philosophy. Students are prepared for college and career success with our program that combines engaging projects, academic rigor and character development in a safe, child-centered environment.
